The Difference

At Pure Spa and Salon we consider hygiene and the health and safety of our clients to be paramount. All equipment is sterilized between clients, new towels are used for every treatment and we use disposable items where possible to guarantee the highest standards.

Comfort

For your comfort and convenience, robes, towels, slippers and lockers are provided for your complimentary during your stay with us. Pure does not take responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to you and all our guests, we ask that your mobile phone be switched off prior to entering the spa and kept off for the duration of your stay with us.

Noise

The spa is designed for pure relaxation and rejuvenation. In order to achieve a peaceful haven and environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum at all times.

Appointments

We ask that you always allow enough time for your treatment experience and request that you arrive 20 min prior to your appointment time so that we can discuss your requirements, offer you a refreshment and allow you the opportunity to relax. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effects and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that other guests are not delayed. Full payment of treatment will still apply. A major credit card or gift card number and phone number is required to hold all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel your reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the service, as well as no-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.

As the spa is designed as an adult environment, please leave little ones at home…after all this is your time!

How do I tip ?

We suggest a 20% gratuity based on the price of the service (cash only) may be left at front desk in envelopes provided and our team will receive them at the end of their shift. Please note gratuity is not included in gift certificates and are greatly appreciated.
